This page says what the site collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, the road or address of the system and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, plan the visit and write your estimate and invoice. We don't sell it and we don't share it, except with a supplier when we order a part for your job or with the county when we file your permit.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the work needs one, such as a permit or a tank record. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
Photos you text us
A photo you send goes to the shop phone. We use it to look at your job and don't post it anywhere.
