Getting a truck to your tank
Rural roads change what we plan. Tell us about yours when you book.
Gravel and steep driveways
Tell us if the road is gravel, steep or narrow so the right truck comes.
Gates and cattle guards
Leave a gate code or leave the gate open for the day.
Spring mud and winter snow
We may reschedule a heavy pump truck when the road can't carry it.
Lids under snow or a deck
Clear the lid or tell us where it is. A buried lid takes longer to find.
